Product Description

• Input Material: It processes various materials including sawdust, wood chips, husks, shells, and agricultural stalks.
• Working Mechanism: Raw material is fed into a grinding chamber where a high-speed rotor with hardened steel hammers repeatedly impacts the material. Particles are continually pulverized until they are small enough to pass through an integrated screen at the bottom, achieving a consistent output size (typically 310 mm for pellet plants).
• Output and Discharge: The resulting fine powder or granules are discharged, often assisted by a blower and cyclone system that also helps in dust control.
