Z type Bucket Elevator

Z-type bucket elevator moves or transports bulk powder, solid, and granular substances vertically by using an endless type chain or belt that has a series of attached buckets. These buckets dig into the bulk materials ( stored in an inlet hopper) from the hopper of the elevator and transfer those materials in an upward direction over the pulley. Conveyed material is later thrown toward its discharge throat. Made of mild steel, Z type of bucket elevator can attain 15 feet of lifting height. Ergonomic head shaft design, application of bearing jack bolts for alignment of the shaft, and easy-to-replace head and hood lining are the key aspects of this Z-type elevator.
